Sister Organizations
LMGA sister organizations are those who meet the criteria set forth by the LMGA global steering committee. Of the 5 levels, level 5 is for established and sophisticated sister organizations, while level 1 is for organizations just starting out. Read more on LMGA Sister Organization Criteria.

LEVEL 5 ORGANIZATIONS
(500+ fee paying non-student members, physician led, democratically elected leadership, not-for-profit status, published statues/bylaws, organizational bank accounts, paid employees, sophisticated IT infrastructure including social media, regular conferences, regular IBLM certification exams)
LEVEL 4 ORGANIZATIONS
(250+ fee paying non-student members, physician led, democratically elected leadership, not-for-profit status, published statues/bylaws, organisational bank accounts, professional IT infrastructure, at least one LM conference, at least one IBLM certification exam)
LEVEL 3 ORGANIZATIONS
(100+ fee paying non-student members, physician led, democratically elected leadership, not-for-profit status, published statues/bylaws, organisational bank accounts, professional IT infrastructure, at least one LM conference)
LEVEL 2 ORGANIZATIONS
(50+ fee paying non-student members, physician led, democratically elected leadership, not-for-profit status, published statues/bylaws, organisational bank accounts, website)
LEVEL 1 ORGANIZATIONS
(self-appointed leadership, physician led, working on Level 2 status)
