Mexican Association of Lifestyle Medicine will host its 6th conference themed "SOMA" on October 4-6, 2026 in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.
For three days, SOMA brings together doctors, nutritionists, psychologists and other health professionals who seek to understand health from a broader perspective, integrating scientific evidence with clinical experience and everyday life.
More than a series of lectures, it is a meeting place where knowledge intersects with practice, and where the conversation extends —naturally— to the personal, the professional and the collective.
The congress combines different formats —conferences, panels, interviews and experiential workshops— designed to facilitate the real integration of learning.
It is an in-person experience designed to be fully enjoyed.
